la motivazione
The best documentary feature prize goes to
Suddenly Last Winter
By Gustav Hofer and Luca Ragazzi
A feature documentary film that took a challenge to explore the political vibes in a country not too far away of which we know very little.
We loved the filmmaker's passion and dedication for the cause.
We loved the refreshing cinematic approach.

Hi Gustav and Luca,
My name is Nir and I am from Israel.
Today I went to the TLV Festival of Gay and Lesbians films, and I watch your movie.
Just wanted to say that I had such a good time, first it was very nice to watch such a nice couple like u 2, and to know
that love between two guys can last for so long and be so strong!!
I was very excited to see you too together and especially knowing that you are there in the audience :)
Second, I love the movie, it is very interesting for me to see these kind of things, the attitude of all kind of people, all over the world for a couple of two guys...
I always thought that this kind of attitude is possible just in Arab countries and also here in Israel in some places
It is sad but interesting too to know how people react to this issues and what are their thoughts.
Anyway, thanks again :)
I hope that you have good time here in Israel, how long are you going to stay here, or are u already on your way back?
if you are here and going to stay here for a while, let me know if you need something, advices of places to go, things to do or whatever and
I will be very happy to help :)
enjoy your stay and hope to hear back from you :)
Bye, Nir
